We match a trained caregiver and finalize the schedule of services.
Safe transition home
For qualifying new clients, we coordinate complimentary transportation from the facility to home.

The caregiver arrives as scheduled so your client can recover and thrive at home.
Rates and insurance
Private-pay rates
- Hourly care
- $35/ hour
Personal care, companionship, errands, meals, mobility help and respite.
- Live-in care
- $400/ day
A caregiver resides in the home and supports the daily plan, with rest periods.
- 24-hour care
- $30/ hour
Continuous, around-the-clock support through rotating shifts.
Billed weekly. We accept private pay, long-term care insurance, VA benefits and Medicaid. Coverage and prior authorization subject to verification.

How quickly can you respond to a referral?
Right away, including weekends. We acknowledge the referral promptly, gather details, and care can often begin within 24 hours of the first call.
What information do you need to start?
Basic client information and discharge needs, by phone or fax. We handle the care consultation and caregiver match from there, speaking with the client and family when authorized.
What do you accept for payment?
Private pay, long-term care insurance, VA benefits and Medicaid, subject to verification and prior authorization. Full private-pay rates are listed above.
Do you provide skilled or home health care?
No. Golden Touch is a non-medical homemaker and companion agency. We provide personal care, companionship, homemaker help, medication reminders and transportation, and we coordinate alongside any home health providers already involved.
What is the Safe Transition Home program?
For qualifying new clients, we coordinate complimentary transportation from the facility to home so the first day back is calm and safe, and a caregiver is there to help the client settle in.
